Deborah Rodriquez brings an informed passion, intellectual curiosity, and unique perspective in her approach to clinical services.  She understands there are many factors that impact our human experience and through trust, thorough exploration, and collaboration one is able create a platform for healing.

Deborah is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over 13 years of experience working with populations at risk and co-occurring disorders in the Greater Springfield area.  She earned a Master’s Degree from University of Connecticut School of Social Work and her undergraduate degree from Westfield State College. Her varied professional experience with behavioral health ranges from community mental health services and advocacy as well as extensive relationship-building with community members and leaders. 

She has held roles as Behavioral Health Specialist for Commonwealth Care Alliance; was a former Forensic Mental Health Counselor for the Hampden County House of Corrections; served as program coordinator for New North Citizens Council’s prevention program Latinas Initiating Positive Steps. Currently, Deborah is an academic advisor and adjunct professor for Our Lady of Elms Social Work Program and Director of Clinical Services of Golden Years Behavioral Health Services LLC.
